‘The Granites #2‘ (#two of two) photograph was taken on my last visit to the south-eastern region of South Australia. I stopped by to see this unusual rock formation located along 90 Mile Beach, about 20km north of Kingston. It is unusual to see something like this along a beach, but they provide an interesting subject to photograph against the beautiful jade colour waters and the peach undertones of the sands.
The Granites is a significant cultural site for the Meintangk and Tanganekeld First Nations people. They are protected under South Australian state legislation as an Aboriginal cultural site.
The photograph is printed on 260gsm premium white satin lustre paper. Other printing options are available, including size, matts, frames, and canvas. Please message me for customised options and costings.
