Overflow’ is an abstract aerial photograph of Lake Fowler, South Australia. Lake Fowler is located on York Peninsular. The Northern and Yorke region contains a diversity of wetland ecosystems, and the majority of wetlands within the Northern and Yorke region are naturally saline and vary in environmental condition.

The ‘heel’ of Yorke Peninsula (near the township of Yorktown) is characterised by over 100 circular salt lakes and provides a wonderful opportunity to capture some beautiful landscapes, with shades of blue, pink and greens often seen in the waters and saline remains left behind.

The image shows an overflow of water from one pond to another, overflowing into a neighbouring pond, with the soil and water providing an interesting canvas.

The photograph is printed on 310gsm 100% cotton rag archival paper. Other printing options are available, including size, matts, frames, and canvas. Please message me for customised options and costings.
