‘Dragon’s Lair’ is one of two abstract aerial photographs of runoff ponds’ remains in Port Augusta, South Australia. The water runoff creates a unique formation and various textures. When looking at the photograph, I couldn’t help but be drawn to the image of a dragon swooping in to protect his golden lair. The beauty of abstract landscape photography is that everyone sees something different.
