‘Direl Flows‘ is an abstract aerial photograph of Lake Tyrrell in Victoria, Australia. Lake Tyrrell is also known as Direl to traditional owners; it is a popular destination with tourists. Direl, meaning ‘sky’ because of its mirror-like reflections of the sky when the lake has water in it. On this particular day, Lake Tyrrell was rather full of water, but surrounding ponds provided some interesting abstract qualities.
