‘Cotyledon‘ is an abstract aerial photograph of a landscape from a dry run-off pond in Port Augusta, South Australia. I have named the photograph after Cotyledon tomentosa, a small succulent plant known as the bear’s paw because of the prominent “teeth” at the tips of its leaves. This location was bare and dry, and it wasn’t until flying over the run-off pond that I could see some unusual and abstract images left behind. Sometimes when you least expect something…good things happen
The photograph is printed on 310gsm 100% cotton rag archival paper. Other printing options are available, including size, matts, frames, and canvas. Please message me for customised options and costings.
